9/3/26 Hi Jessica, good afternoon, It was great meeting you and your lovely family today. I noticed you had a set of building blueprints/plans for your home. Would you mind sending me a PDF (or, if easier, a screenshot of the layout)? That will save me a lot of time from sketching it out. I need this for your estimate. As a reminder, please send any documents you have about the building history (past inspection reports, contractor notes, testing reports, etc.). I’ll be sending Korbin tomorrow (September 4, 2026) with an expected arrival between 9:00 and 10:00 AM, depending on traffic. He’ll enter the crawlspace and take photos, and he’ll open the attic access to photograph the attic. I’ll try to meet him there after my 9:00 AM meeting. If there are any special access instructions, please let me know. 9/8/26 We received their reports & estimates. Jared will prepare their estimate. A full home containment including the attic & crawlspace. Completely gutted and ice blasted. 9/14/26 Jared called to follow up & left a voicemail.
