Operations Guide
A step-by-step reference for MedViro license holders and operations staff. Follow these instructions to run the full client journey from intake through closeout.
The MedViro Operations Platform is a full-cycle case management system for managing mold remediation clients from first contact through project closeout.
The platform has three main areas:
Operations Portal (/ops) — Internal staff use this to manage cases, tasks, communications, and referrals
Public Intake Form (/Intake) — Prospective clients fill this out to start a new case
Client Portal (/ClientPortal) — Existing clients track their project status and upload documents
Core data model:
Every client journey starts with a Contact and a Case. A Case has one contact, one property, one occupancy profile, and one intake response. From there, tasks, scope drafts, communication logs, and referrals are all linked to the Case ID.
