9/9/26 I spoke with Liza today after reviewing the report & lab results. Joe highlighted 4 areas, 2 detected mold that would be a priority. They may not address the other areas. She will discuss with her husband & decide if they’re ready to move forward with remediation. I referred her to a few health professionals to help determine if her & her daughter’s condition. They’re not sure if it’s related to the home environment. We will follow up regarding a potential walk-through. ($500 onboarding fee) 9/16/26 reached out today via phone and email.
