[Note] 9/8/26 I reached out today. [Note] 9/9/26 I left another voicemail. I spoke with Elli, diagnosed with, CIRS, and her mom Suzanne, has allergies and sinus condition. They were inquiring about our process. I recommended an IEP do an inspection to get clarity about what’s going on in their home. Once that is completed, they will share it with us and potentially schedule a walk-through.
