No known sensitivities in their family. Krishna & Brisa have a young baby, Kia, so they want to be cautious. A tenant felt sick after staying in the dad's unit recently. They tested the unit & it was positive for mold. She may want IEP referrals. There was an odor detected. Crawlspace/HVAC were recommended to be evaluated/inspected. 8/3/26 Jared spoke with today. I will reach out to her tomorrow. 8/4/26 Brisa texted that she would call later today. 8/5/26 I spoke with Brisa, she is going to send the reports today. 8/7/26 I schedule a walk-through for Monday 8/17. 8/7/26 I received the report for unit 319, reviewed it. The inspector is going to come back to inspect./test the crawlspace. We’re waiting on another report this week. And she will send them and copy her husband and dad who all want to be involved. 8/17/26 I performed the walk-through. Korbin inspected the crawlspace. Inspection report for crawlspace received. Clients would like an estimate crawlspace, bedroom one, bathroom & SPC 319. We will also assess the potential issues in bathroom unit 317 and they would like us to include this area to the estimate. I provided a referral to evaluate the HVAC. My husband and I got swept up by the week and weekend planning our friend’s baby shower and we just returned back from SD. As far as the crawlspace, I would recommend reaching out to Saber Foundation Repair. They specialize in foundation and crawl space work, and I think they would be worth having take a look and provide their recommendations. We have not connected yet, but we’re hoping to get an update soon on the crawlspace evaluation.
