Referred by Moldsci -Purified Environments Her doctor is Patrick Rossi-Connecticut. She mentioned CIRS and is sensitive. She mentioned having brain fog and wasn’t very clear about the situation. Her father, Danny, will be there at the walk-through to help. I mention the $500 onboarding fee., That would be invoiced after the walk-through and before we prepare an estimate. I explained we understand the financial burdens and timelines, particularly because they already had a remediation company in the process of doing work. They’ve already done some drywall demo. The report recommends restoration as well as mold remediation.. We will be assessing the status when we’re there on Friday 7/3/26 for the walk-through.. She did say they’d like to move forward sooner then later, but didn’t want to be pressured into making a decision before they’re ready. I suggested they call MIS back to do a Medical Mold Inspection or we will recommend another IEP. We will prepare an estimate for the 3 prioritized areas. But we suspect they will be more remediation needed after the IEP report is complete. Ashley is going to decide where her and her kids are gonna stay while we do the work possibly and dad‘s building or a RV. I suggested she reach out to Lauren or Jenny for coaching guidance as well. 7/1/26 I spoke with Ashley and scheduled a walk-through for Friday 7/3 at 9:30am. 7/6/26 I spoke with Ashley today. We're preparing her estimate. She will send the MIS report when it's ready tomorrow. 7/8/26 The client called Yaron to complain. Then merged in Jared to confirm some of our communication. It’s not clear if we’re going to move forward with this project. It seems as though it may not be a good fit. 7/10/26 Jared spoke to Ashley & Danny to negotiate the estimate price. We will send a revised scope of work today and Docusign for the contract signature. They will be doing some of the demo and we will be doing all the remediation and SPC. We estimate the project timeline to be approximately one month, to begin 7/27. 7/11/26 Client signed the contract. Project due to start on Monday 7/27/26. 7/16/26 their project is scheduled for 7/20-7/31. 7/29/26 We referred her to Kaleigh Concannon from Design as Medicine. 7/30/26 Change order #1 was sent for additional remediation in the primary bedroom. 8/3/26 Change Order #1 approved, sending invoice today. 8/14/26 We will invoice the for CO #1 & 2 and remediation completion. 9/25/26 we’re starting the SPC on Monday 9/28 with Jared, Korbin, Koga, Joey.
