Referred by Anna Branch 7/13/26 I reached out to day. 7/14/26 I called to follow up on email. I spoke with Diane and scheduled a walk-through for Thursday 7/16/26 at 10am. She will email me her report. 7/14/16 - 81 yrs & very sensitive for 16yrs (colon, sinuses & brain fog) Home built in 1929 - 1100 sqft - lived there 50 yrs - two bedrooms & separate garage (too far gone) - crawlspace? 2015 the mold guy did remediation for the attic & crawlspace and some other areas 2023. We inspect did remediation for the bedroom and other areas. Need estimate for sons bedroom & under kitchen sink. She’s not doing anything with the garage or crawlspace right now. She wants a quote to perform SPC with Aerosolver the entire house with contents. 7/16/26 perform walk-through, we’ll invoice a $500 on boarding fee and prepare an estimate before the end of next week. 7/20/26 we received the onboarding fee payment. 7/22/26 I sent her estimate today. 7/30/26 I reached out to Diane today to follow up regarding her estimate. 7/31/26 I sent her contract today and she signed. She will pay deposit on Tuesday 8/4 via Zelle. We scheduled her project to start on Monday 8/31. 8/24/26 Anna will be calling her to stay in the loop. 8/28/26 We informed Diane that the team will be at her home Monday morning before 10am. 8/31/26 We started the project today. 9/2/26 Client made a partial payment for equipment set via Zelle $3500. We informed her of our recommendation for a change order, waiting for approval to proceed. 9/3/26 client sent another partial payment via Zelle $3500. Change order #1 for $3,000 was approved and signed. 9/4/26 The client made another payment via Zelle $1,000. Change order #2 for $1,500 was approved.
