She's sensitive but her husband, James is not. She said after there was a dishwasher leak and remediation in the kitchen she felt better. 6/22/26 - I met James and Lindsey Jodi agreed to the $500 fee. Jared will invoice and I will prepare the scope of work for review, then add pricing to the estimate for approval. She would like to address all the issues at once. Including indications from Tyler’s mold dog and Joe’s report. I will refer Adam & Jeff (California Comfort Control) to evaluate the HVAC system. They may need a plumber to perform a leak detection in the kitchen, behind the dishwasher under the sink window. She ask about the timeline and said they want to move forward ASAP. I shared we are attending the CIRSx conference would be available after return. While there are issues with the windows, they are not ready to replace them yet. 6/18/26 I called and reached out via email today. I spoke with Jodi and we scheduled a walk-through for Mon 9am. 6/29/26 I sent a text and referred Jeff to inspect their HVAC system. I’ll be preparing her estimate this week. 7/5/26 We sent their estimate today. We will need to discuss HVAC evaluation, hiring a plumber and asbestos abatement. 7/9/26 I called & emailed to follow up. They replied: we are still reviewing and considering all of our options and talking with people. 7/23/26 I sent a text to follow up regarding their HVAC being evaluated.
