Referred by MIS We have a phone call scheduled on Tuesday 3/17 at 3 pm. We have a walk-through scheduled for Thursday 3/19 at 1pm Jared and I walked through and took photos. I spoke with Lindsey today 3/25/26. Follow up via text regarding scheduling a possible SPC in the master bathroom. add to emails: [email protected] Lindsay’s notes: - Sick in the household: mother and 2‑year‑old son are affected. - Health issues: Both have autoimmune problems and eczema. -Home history: - Moved in: 2021. - Prior to purchase: current resident reportedly gutted the house to the studs and rebuilt it. - AC issue: In 2022 they discovered the AC had no drip pan and was leaking into the master bedroom. Which they had remediated. (source; black mold) - Size: 2,600 ft², two stories. - Providers: - Dr. Rubar — Gastroenterology (Cedars Sinai, LA) - Dr. Will Cole — Functional Physician (Pittsburgh, PA) We didn’t see an immediate need for remediation at this time. We recommended they call their contractor back to pull the floor up in the master bathroom based on their MIS report to confirm if there is water damage. We also recommended they have MIS come back to take a swab sample once the floor is exposed. Depending on the results they find, they may want us back to remediate. If not, they asked if we would come back to FPC the bathroom. 3/25/26 - Lindsay reached out to the contractor, but they have not scheduled them yet. Once they come out to expose the area and have MIS take a swab, they will reach out, update us on the results and possibly schedule SPC at that time. 9/19/26 They reached out today, shared their current mold inspection report and lab results. for us to review, then discuss the next right step. 9/20/26 Do you guys happen to have availability for a fine particle cleaning this week? They closed up the attic this morning and we were planning on moving back in our home on Tuesday or Wednesday and only staying upstairs. But because the residual mold spores in the air despite their sources already being addressed the past few weeks I thought a fine particle cleaning before we move back in might be the solution. Hi Lindsay, Are you looking for small-particle cleaning throughout the entire home, only in the affected rooms, or throughout the downstairs area, including the basement? If the project is limited in scope, I may be able to assign a small team sooner. However, if the entire home requires cleaning, our earliest confirmed availability is October 5, 2026. I truly wish we could accommodate you sooner, but we’re currently very busy. We’ll do our best to work with your schedule and appreciate your understanding. Hi! We really just need the small particle cleaning in the master bedroom/ bathroom and the downstairs tiny bathroom. We might eventually do a full home but for now I think that should help. 9/22/26 Hey guys! The insurance is going to cover our hotel until October 6th. Is it possible to just do a full clean on October 5th? I’d rather just clean the entire home and have peace of mind since we would have a place to stay until then. And would the home be ok to move back into the next day after the cleaning? Lindsay and I just spoke and we are proceeding with the original plan to SPC the primary bedroom and bathroom, basement bathroom, and hallway/stairway. Perspective start date is Tuesday, 9/29 - Wednesday 9/30, then they will do PRV testing. Sending estimate today. 9/23/26 Good morning Lindsay, Good news! We were able to work your project into our schedule to start on Monday 9/28. I’m sending you a Google invite to confirm now. I’ve already sent the DocuSign for your signature. Talk soon, Stephanie We’re waiting for photos & per our conversation, they requested we amend their estimate & SOW to remove the Aerosolver application. 9/24/26 I sent the revised estimate today. They have countered requesting a lower price. We are standing firm on our price. Hi Stephanie and Jared, I see that the quote for two days of work was $5,400, while the revised quote for one day of work is $4,800. This doesn’t quite make sense to me, as it’s half the time. If we you can come in under $3,000 for the one day of work, we can sign and lock it in. Please call me if you have any questions. -9734876147-Caleb Hi Caleb, Thank you for your email. To clarify, our $4,800 price is based on the full scope of mobilization, stabilization, and SPC services—not simply the time spent onsite. It includes the required labor, equipment, materials, preparation, and specialized procedures. We have already reduced the scope by removing the Aerosolver application, which would have added $600. The remaining services are therefore priced at $4,800. The second day was discussed to allow sufficient time to complete the work properly and avoid rushing, not as a separate time-based charge. The revised one-day plan reflects our effort to complete the agreed-upon scope as efficiently as possible while maintaining proper protocol and standards. We cannot reduce the price to $3,000 while providing the proposed scope and level of service. The $4,800 price reflects the work required, and we believe we have already made reasonable adjustments regarding time and cost. Please let us know if you would like to proceed so we can coordinate scheduling. Talk soon, Stephanie Hi Stephanie, That makes sense to me. So is one day enough to do a thorough job and avoid rushing? And is it possible to do 2 days with this same price but without the Aerosolver application? Thank you, Lindsay 9/25/26 Hello Lindsay, Good morning everyone 😁, Monday would be a very long day for our team, so we would prefer to schedule the work over two days to ensure everything is completed thoroughly and without unnecessary rushing. We are simply trying to accommodate your wishes while maintaining the quality of our work. If you can allow us the additional day, I would feel much more comfortable with the schedule. We will honor the same price of $4,800, excluding the Aerosolver, as a gesture of goodwill. We value the opportunity to build a strong professional relationship whenever you need our services. Please let us know if you agree, and we will send the contract and scope of work as soon as possible. Have a wonderful day. We look forward to speaking with you soon. Hi Jared! That sounds perfect. Let’s do that. Thank you! 9/25/26 we’re starting the SPC on Monday 9/28 with Trent, Jake, Ahmier. 9/27/26 Contract has been signed, we will send the deposit invoice today. Just confirming that I’ve signed everything that you need and we are set to begin tomorrow. What time will everyone be at the house? Hi Lindsay, I’m on my way home from a little vacation with the kiddo and I plan on answering all your questions. You just allow me a few few hours. I appreciate it. To quickly answer your question regarding scheduling. Pending traffic we plan on being there anywhere from 7 to 8 AM. I will give you a 20 to 30 minute heads up before we get there. Aww fun! That sounds perfect!
