9/12 Update: Asbestos containment in foyer was failing so a new containment was placed so the old could be removed. Completed and Ready for Testing: Dining room, office, bedroom, living room, and its decon. chamber. Missing Photos: "Ready for Testing" label for the living room and decon chamber. This was an oversight but the chamber and living room are sealed and ready to test. Next Week: 3 or 4 more days to complete remaining work. Crew will return Monday. Change Order #3 (PRC) is complete and ready for testing. All containment areas and doors have been labeled and sealed. The garage, front yard, and backyard are clean; all trash has been removed from the job site and building materials are covered with plastic. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Respectfully, Ventura County & Inland Empire Medviro PRV failed based on a visual inspection. Jared is unable to back out since he is going to Vegas so 9/26 and 9/27 will have Stephanie and James return. 10/3: Jared finished recleaning and turned off all of the equipment as well as verified that it was ready for retesting on Monday. This information was passed along to the insured and they scheduled with Joseph for Monday. This was after Yarons phone conversation with Austin; • Spoke with Austin and explained the internal verification process by Jared. I mentioned that Jared’s confirmation should be available later today. • Notified him that once Jared verifies everything is clean and ready, he can prepare to schedule the PRV for Monday. • Addressed his previous question regarding the bottom plates, clarifying that it is not common practice to replace them. • Austin expressed that he was fine with the explanations provided and did not raise further concerns. • Verified that the customer currently has no additional questions. 10/13: Report came back with elevated levels of Cladosporium. 10/22: Customer has asked for further reassurance that we do not fog. Yaron replied stating that we never fog, use antimicrobials, chemicals, encapsulation, or any non CIRS approved practices and that they do not own any of those thing which the customer appreciated. 10/23: They have been back to continue cleaning and the 2nd PRV was reimbursed. 10/24 - Jared and 3 others will join in hopes to finish cleaning to test monday 10am. Might return saturday if friday is not enough time. 11/4: Removed lock box, picked up equipment at the Byrd’s and uploaded pics on Dropbox yesterday. Yaron reached out to the homeowner for test results but didn’t get a response.
