MIS report attached. Inspection, photos and estimate in dropbox folder. We have a walk-through scheduled on Tuesday 3/17/ at 8 am. We did an inspection, took photos and provided a detailed estimate. She is going to discuss it with her husband. She also wants Mold Inspection Sciences to come back out and do further testing before we would start any work. Her daughter is sensitive to mold and coming home in May so she mentioned she’d want it completed before then, possibly in April. I followed up on Tuesday 3/24/26 but have not heard back yet. Lauren reached out today to request us. Do the west bedroom only right now. Jared will adjust the estimate and send the contract tomorrow. We aim to start the project Monday and finish Tuesday. Lauren signed our contract and the project is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday 4/13-4/14. She has scheduled MIS to test on Friday 4/17. We opened the ceiling/wall and discovered water damage. We left equipment there until next week. We’ll go back on Monday to inspect and then she’ll decide what’s next, dry out and/or testing. We collected payment in full via checks. Jared did an inspection today, moisture readings were normal. PRV testing scheduled for Wednesday 4/22/26. We're planning to complete final clean on Tuesday 4/28/26. MIS tested Friday 5/1/26 Test results say we passed! Jared will go by Thursday to retrieve our decon chamber.
