Wendy explained she lives in North Carolina and is helping her sister, Lindsay and her partner, Martel from a distance. She found us via Google and is interested to have us perform FPC only. Based on the 600 ft.².apartment size, we gave her a rough estimate of $2500. We also verbally agreed to help move some items within reason. She is going to get photos and send them to us. Once she discusses the process of moving out any soft goods, valuables or non-cleanable items with her sister, then she will let us know if/when they would be ready for us. 3/25/26 - Wendy mentioned her sister got a recommendation from a CIRS expert, Jenny Johnson, to just clean her mattress as opposed to replacing it, in an effort to bring toxin levels down and establish a healthier environment. She’s still working with her sister to acquire photos, move her furniture and FPC the entire apartment. 5/26/26 spoke to Wendy today.We’re working out a start date in the next couple of weeks. She will be flying in, packing our property and coordinating the project. I’m waiting for her to confirm parking availability arrangements and building permission. to work 7 to 4. Wendy verbally confirmed she will be the responsible party for signing the contract and payment. she also verbally confirmed not to do any PRV testing due to cost and time constraints. We spoke with Wendy via phone on behalf of her sister, Lindsay and partner. I followed up with Wendy today 3/25/26. I spoke to Wendy and she informed me of a delay in moving forward due to dealing with their taxes. She waiting for photos from her sister and partner and to follow up next week. Wendy emailed photos to Jared on Wednesday 5/13/26. I will check in with her this week. 5/22/26 Estimate sent today. 5/26/26 We scheduled a call to review the details and have a tentative start date for Next Thursday 6/4/26 or possibly Friday 6/12/26. I will check in with Wendy about project details on Friday 5/29/26. 5/29/26 I emailed Wendy to confirm a project date and sent contract. 6/1/26 Wendy signed contract and project is scheduled for Tuesday 6/16/26. 6/16/26 We will be starting and finishing the project today. We will send an invoice for the balance tomorrow. 6/18/26 Project completed and paid in full.
