Mold dog referral - April&Tyler/Misty report: Vert Environmental Lock box 1205 6/26/26 Background: Customer has completed a mold dog inspection. Mold inspectors have already been involved. Main concern is a previous water leak that occurred approximately 10–11 years ago. Areas/Items of Concern: Washing machine Garbage disposal Carpet Couches Bedding Mattresses/Beds Second-story loft Condensation line Area where an electrician previously cut into the wall Air handler located in the attic (customer believes the HVAC system is affected) Mold Dog Findings: Dog identified several target areas. Worst area appears to be associated with the old leak from 10–11 years ago. Additional Notes: Customer described the issue as potentially catastrophic. Wife has a lot of questions and would like a thorough explanation during the inspection. 7/2/26 - Home built in 2014 - Report recommends lead & asbestos testing. 14-year-old daughter Sydney has low-grade sensitivity. Mom hasn’t been tested yet & both are being treated by Nicole Visnic (gut specialist) and Dr. Wilder (kinesiologist). Client wants to prioritize remediation upstairs in library/bathroom and downstairs office/dining room. Likely change orders. They would like a HVAC referral, possible replacement. Tom Walsh sold the job. Scott or Chris of HomePerfect is handling the restoration. Still no response! 6/26/26 Jared called and spoke with Rick. We scheduled a walk-through on Thursday 7/2/26 at 10:30. 7/6/26 We sent their estimate today. 7/8/26 Docusign sent and the client signed the contract. Project due to start on Monday 7/13/26. 7/13/26 The project started today with a crew of two plus Jared. A safety meeting was held and logged. 7/16/26 The project is progressing smoothly. Rick told me he’s happy with our process and all our referrals. Tom’s team will start next week demoing the HVAC system. We will be back the following week to start the remediation phase. 7/18/26 I spoke to Rick today about coordinating with HVAC team and when to do the drywall. Our team went there today to secure all the containments and make up air. 7/21/26 Jared will stop by tomorrow to check containments & assess the areas that need drywall. 7/30/26 Change order #1 was sent for SPC/Aerosolver of entire home. 9/23/26 I referred James to Rick for his & mom's windows to be replaced.
