Referred by MIS - Tues 8/25/26 inspection report - 9/14/26 sent to us for review 9/15/26 Tim & I spoke about the concerns mentioned in the report and Lauren's sensitivity to mold, She owns the condo 2bd 2ba 1005sqft built 1940 $860,000. He stated there was a historical rain leak & water intrusion in the attic that happened about 6-9 months ago, before they moved in. The roof was repaired & the HVAC (flex ducting) was replaced. MIS recommended they have the HVAC evaluated & they decided to have the roof inspected to determine if any cleaning or repairs are needed prior to us starting the project. No active leaks to their knowledge. We discussed at length the purpose of packing out all their property/belongings prior to remediation & SPC. 9/16/26 We scheduled a walk-through for Thurs 9/17 at 10am 9/21/26 I sent their estimate today for approval. 9/23/26 They sent an email with their questions. I replied with answers & referrals for the roof & HVAC. 9/24/26 They reached out to referrals & want to start Oct 12th pending any work needed for the roof or the HVAC. I sent their deposit invoice, DocuSign for their signature & scheduled their project. 9/25/26 Good morning, While talking to my partner this morning, he reminded me that his friend, Jon Bloom, does pack outs.
