[Note] 9/23/26 I spoke with a client today. who stated he doesn’t do email and to request the inspection report from Demi in the office. He’s waiting for the tenant to move out at the end of the month before we schedule a walkthrough of the property. He shared a historical water intrusion back in November of 2026 at this property.
