HVAC swab came back clean, but no photos of where or report yet, waiting for ERMI results & another report. Attic looks very dirty, flexed ducting. Exterior cracks and puddling - structural engineer? She said she pulled off some baseboard in the bathroom & that she’s concerned about her kids.
