Referred by GPMI - report 8/26/26 _____**PLEASE NOTE** APT #301 9/28/26 I spoke with Stevie (wife/ Marcela)and scheduled a walk-through for Wednesday 10/7 at 10 am. I will inform client of $500 on boarding fee. Condo – studio – 1ba - built in 1922 – 700 ft.² -$400,000 they own it & have lived there 4 years. Their dog’s name is Walter. Stevie works in the sustainable film industry. and Marcelo in zoology. They will stay with family during the project. Neither client is sensitive. He shared that a neighbor across from him flooded their entryway and kitchen a year ago. Servpro did the dry out, but not to worry about mold growth. The insurance paid them and they are now ready to remediate. The wood floor is warped from water damage. Stevie said there is a concrete slab underneath. I informed the client that if mastic is present, asbestos testing is required prior to removal. 10/7/26 I performed the walk-through, Stevie wants to talk to Marcela. about the $500 onboarding fee. I reminded him to have the wood floors and drywall tested for asbestos. Once that’s complete, and we receive payment, I will prepare their estimate. They are considering pulling up the wood floor only the length of the wall in the entry and kitchen how is the concrete floor and finish it like in the bathroom. They would only need stabilization, remediation, and PRC. Hey Stevie, I learned of this company, AIH Laboratories today from another client in your area, so I’m sharing their information with you. Please let me know how it works out. Talk soon, Stephanie.
