We spoke and Reda will send the inspection report and that he will be meeting me on behalf of the client to do the walk-through. 10/6/26 Sorry for the late reply. Our earliest availability to perform a walk-through is next week on Wednesday, 10/14, or Thursday, 10/15, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please let me know which day works best for you. Typically, we speak directly with the client regarding our onboarding process. Based on our conversation yesterday, it sounds like we will be relaying information through you instead. Please let us know if that changes. Additionally, our onboarding cost for this project is $1,200. This fee covers intake, travel, photos, sketch, scope of work, and the estimate. If MedViro is awarded the project, this amount will be credited toward the final balance.
