She’s the HOA president, she can approve doing the project. 10/7/26 I spoke with Justin, who’s helping his mom Diane (she is dealing with cancer) out of Adam recommended us to remediate the furnace closet after he removes the unit due to evidence of microbial growth and rotted material. I informed Justin he needed to get asbestos testing done, he’s already working on it. Once that is complete and we have a clearance report we will coordinate with Adam to remove the unit. I will schedule a walk-through and then prepare an estimate. We discussed the option of using an IEP to test the affected building material, but he may bypass that option and just have us demo and remediate the closet. We’ll follow up ASAP.
